Softimate was created by a contractor who got tired of endless evenings spent working on estimates and proposals which may or may not turn into actual jobs. So, with the help of a few computer geeks Softimate was born. We eliminated the needless stuff and concentrated on the things that really matter. Things that will SAVE YOU TIME and MAKE YOU MONEY!

Softimate is a small company who truly cares about their customers. If you call with a question, chances are you'll talk to Rich, our founder, or Ben, our software guru. We pride ourselves on making sure our customers are happy with our product and won't stop until they are!

Can I customize it to run the way I do business?

That's the biggest advantage of Softimate! It's so easy to change job types, tasks, and costs so as you do more and more estimates you're actually building a more accurate database that will make you more profit on each job!

Do I have to pay more later on?

No. You will only pay the current subscription cost. Upgrades to the software will be released periodically. We also love to get feedback from our users and often implement improvements based on their feedback

How much does Softimate cost?

No! That's the beauty of our software. Although it's a very sophisticated program, it's so easy to use that people with very basic computer knowledge can understand how to use it.

Yes. There is no contract so if you decide that Softimate is not right for you, simply cancel at any time and your monthly subscription will stop.
